Unwanted effects of kratom use include increased bleeding, constipation, dizziness, mouth dryness, flu-like symptoms, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, nausea, perspiration, and body warmth. In high dosages, users also have reported increased strength, aggression, irritability, nausea, nausea, flushing, nervousness, mood swings, and changes in blood pressure and heartbeat. At low dosages, users encounter restlessness, a decrease in appetite, headaches, diminished libido, mood swings, increased urination, and torso pain.
